Internship Overview
The Marketing & Sales Specialist Intern will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving engagement for TriVerum and its programs. This position is ideal for students or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales prospecting, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Lead Generation
- Develop and schedule content for TriVerum’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages to build community interaction and identify potential leads.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest optimization strategies to enhance reach and conversion.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare, government, and nonprofit sectors.
- Assist in crafting and executing outreach strategies, including email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and cold outreach.
- Support lead nurturing efforts through CRM tools, follow-ups, and personalized communications.
- Assist in developing sales presentations, proposals, and case studies to attract new business.
Marketing Materials & Design
- Assist in designing promotional materials such as brochures, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
- Develop visuals and graphics aligned with TriVerum’s branding for social media, marketing campaigns, and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all sales and marketing channels.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Sales Tracking
- Maintain and update client and lead databases.
- Track client interactions and manage engagement follow-ups.
- Support the development of customer experience strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and preparing reports on sales trends and campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest or experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
