Problem : The company was facing potential loss of reimbursement revenue which represented over 50% of their revenue. They were also in need of adjustments due to COVID 19 product changes.
Our Approach : We worked with the client’s business leaders to analyze their organization to identify other ways of structuring the business for the next 5 years.
Results : We identified a plan for the next five years that will expand their portfolio to other markets and address shrinking reimbursement in core market. We also found ways to leverage new reimbursement structures and support COVID19 needs.
