Problem : The client lost 40% of their revenue because of the dependence on grants which was their main source of revenue.  They needed to identify new sources of income and positioning for other grants.

Our Approach : We analyzed the business and performed a SWOT analysis to identify new sources of revenue and marketing strategies.

Results : Identified an additional 12% increase of revenue from other 3+ more sources and created marketing material to position services to potential sponsors.
