Company Profile: A $19B Integrated Health Insurer/Provider.

Problem : Enterprise in need of location recommendations for new primary care and specialist practice centers.  Previously decisions driven mainly by physicians and real estate interests.

Our Approach : We worked with membership and census data, referenced with zip code information, to identify “heat-map” areas in need of primary care centers.

Results :  Primary and specialist care centers were targeted using data-driven rationale, using all available data.
